Shipping Rates
Within Ireland – P&P €2.50 for the first item and €0.50 for any incremental items
Rest of World – P&P €5 for the first item and €1.50 for any incremental items
All items are wrapped securely and sent in an unmarked mailer (for security) that will fit in a
standard post box. The items are placed in a K Kajoux signature linen bag which has a care insert-
ideally when the piece is not being worn it would be stored in this bag. Any orders over €40 also come in our beautiful signature K Kajoux Jewels boxes.
There is also a free gift wrap option- you can request this at the checkout and I’ll make the parcel
look extra special.
Typically all orders are posted within 1-2 days of ordering and shipping within Ireland typically take 2
days. If you would like to place a rush order, that is no problem just indicate that at the checkout or
pop me an email at hello@kkajoux.ie. Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for any shipping
delays, inclement weather, Public Holidays etc.
Returns Policy
I want everyone to love their K Kajoux pieces and wear them all the time so if you get a piece that
doesn’t work for whatever reason, I will refund within 14 days. Credit card payments may take
longer for the companies to apply the funds back to your accounts but I will process the refund as
soon as is possible. Please note that natural stones will vary in texture and colour due to the organic
nature of the material. I always endeavour to match them up as closely as possible but some
variances can be expected.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a piece for whatever reason, then please just email me with the details
on hello@kkajoux.com. All pieces must be returned in perfect condition with original packaging.
