I want everyone to love their K Kajoux pieces and wear them all the time so if you get a piece that doesn’t work for whatever reason, I will refund within 14 days of the product being dispatched.
All returns need to be sent with the Returns Form listed below and need to be in pristine condition, unworn and in original packaging.
***The return period will be extended for Xmas purchases- anything purchased between 1st Nov and 31st Dec can be returned until Jan 31st with proof of purchase***
You must provide proof of purchase for the piece to be returned. Pieces that are purchased at K Kajoux stockists must to returned to the stockists directly.
Please note that we do accept returned earrings, but there is a charge of €5 as we need to replace the earring hooks. As a small business, we would ask that you do not ‘Buy to Try’- this puts a real strain on our business and we are happy to provide additional images if you need help deciding.
Please note that returns can take up to 5 days to be processed. Refund payment timelines will depend on the original payment method.
Please note that natural stones will vary in texture and colour due to the organic nature of the material. I always endeavor to match them up as closely as possible but some variances can be expected.
Please note that Returns, Exchanges & Adjustments can take up to 2 weeks to process.
If you would like to exchange a piece you purchased directly from K Kajoux Jewels for whatever reason, then please just email me with the details on firstname.lastname@example.org. All pieces must be returned in perfect condition with original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
There is a €5 charge to exchange earrings- this cost is to cover replacement earring hooks. All hooks will be changed and disposed of from returned items.
P&P will be paid by the customer, a fee of €2.50 will apply.
